These terms govern use of the ROAR Staff Scheduler (roarscheduler.com), operated by the Florida Memorial University Department of University Bands.

The service

The ROAR Staff Scheduler lets current members, prospective students, families, and guests request appointments and submit auditions with ROAR staff, and lets staff manage their availability and appointments. Requests are reviewed and approved by staff.

Text message program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages about your appointment (confirmations, updates, reminders) or, for staff, about new bookings and auditions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any service — you can use the scheduler and receive email notifications without opting in to texts.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate information and use the scheduler only to request or manage legitimate ROAR appointments. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

Privacy

Your use of the scheduler is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
